Pro Arnan served as Project Manager for the Bigen head office building at The Innovation Hub in Pretoria, delivering a bespoke corporate workplace for Bigen Africa within South Africa’s first science and technology park.
Situated on Allan Cormack Street in the Persequor precinct, the purpose-built A-grade office building anchors Bigen’s national head office and supports a high-tech, knowledge-intensive working environment.
Completed in 2006 as a dedicated new build for Bigen Engineering, the project required careful coordination between client, professional team and park management to align technical performance, branding, and tenant requirements.
Pro Arnan’s full project-management mandate covered programme control, stakeholder liaison, procurement and quality oversight, ensuring a seamless delivery that positioned Bigen at the heart of Gauteng’s innovation ecosystem.
